Maxxun is looking for an appropiate PV partner for the supply of solar cells with high efficiency. The goal is to find a partner that is willing to develop a cell that has the optimal fit with the desired specifications of Maxxun: high efficiency in wavelength range 610 – 750 nm (see figure below). At the moment PV manufacturers produce and develop cells for the entire visible light range.

The Maxxun team is looking for a cellswith a length x width of ~ 30x3mm, ~ 30x5mm, or ~ 50x3mm. In a later stage cells the dimensions are expected to increase further to ~ 100x10 and 150x5mm. Almost all cell types are appropriate (crystalline silicon, CIGS cells, and/or type III-V cells and/or organics).  

Maxxun would like to have sample batches for first evaluations with the possibility to engage the cell manufacturer in the Maxxun business plan as cell supplier. It would be great if the supplier was willing to work with Maxxun in designing an appropriate cell, and would offer advice on how to mount the cells in a complete system.
